Step 1:

Decide which of our services you are interested in. 
We boast a wide range of custom services from website content development to website usability analysis and website advertising performance analysis.  These services are all customized for your needs and marketing objectives.  Our most popular are our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services.  For these we have created standard service plans which are most popular among our clients and can be started almost immediately.

Step 2:

For all custom service orders, we welcome you to give us a call or send us an e-mail.  We’ll set up a time where we can either meet in person or schedule a conference call where our Marketing Specialists can speak with your company’s core decision makers to assess your marketing needs and objectives. 

Where you would like to get started right away because you want your advertising to take effect immediately within 48 hours, we welcome you to select one of our SEO or SEM standard service plans.  Depending on your advertising budget, we charge a standard fee for service which you can upgrade at any time with any of our custom services.  You can order one of these services by visit our Buy Now page, or by calling us to place an order.

Step 3:

Once you have instructed us exactly what services you would like us to perform, we will send you an agreement confirming what you require and our corresponding fees.
As soon as you receive this document, read it to confirm that we have understood your instructions, sign it, and fax it back to us with your payment information.  If you would prefer, you can call us to give us your credit card information by telephone. 

Once we receive your agreement and payment information we will get started creating your Internet Marketing campaign immediately. 

Where you order one of our SEM or SEO standard service plans online through our Buy Now offer, you can enter your credit card information on a secure page directly on Pay Pal.  Once we receive your order, day or night, our staff will immediately start working on your campaigns to get you the quickest results possible.

Step 4:

With each client order we develop a reporting schedule where we report to you in writing on the progress of our work and the overall performance of your various campaigns.  Depending on which one you choose, our standard SEM and SEO service plans have reporting schedules which range from once a week to once a month.  These reports are essential for you to understand how the Internet Marketing process works and for you to develop long-term strategies to achieve the best possible marketing results for your business. 

If you find that you require progress or performance reports more frequently than you are receiving them, or if you require additional services at any time, please contact us and we will upgrade your account for a small fee. 
For example, all of our SEM and SEO standard service plans provide for the optimization of various Keywords, terms and phrases for either Pay per Click advertising purposes or to optimize your website for superior ranked results on organic searches by search engine.  As part of these standard plans, we ask that you provide us with the Keywords you believe best describe who your company is, and what offer.  If you require some help coming up with additional Keywords, we would be pleased to conduct some market research on your behalf and offer consultation on which Keywords would be most effective for your business based on Internet consumer search trends.  This additional service would be billed separately from your original order, but will certainly improve the overall search results of both your SEM and SEO campaigns.
